Boss (Specialty) Sealant
● BOSS® 322 100% RTV silicone sealant
100% high-quality acid-cure silicone with a strong odor. Cures in approximately 20 minutes and is flexible up to 25%. Certified under FDA Standard No. 21 (FR 117.2600). Heat-resistant up to ~260°C and UV resistant. Used for high-quality glass applications, sealing, pipe gaskets, refrigeration units, cold rooms, and other applications.
● BOSS® 350 Flame Retardant Duct Sealant
100% Siliconized Acrylic Duct Sealer, tested according to ASTM-C-834, ASTM E 84, and fire-resistant to BS476. A high-quality product that adheres well to ducting materials. Suitable for use in high, medium, and low-temperature conditions within HVAC systems. Not suitable for temperatures below 4.4°C (40°F). It can be painted over.
● BOSS® 814 Intumescent Latex Firestop Sealant
Latex, Intumescent sealant that expands when exposed to fire or high heat. Used for adhesion to almost all surface types, while maintaining flexibility. Suitable for both interior and exterior use. Water-washable and can be painted over after curing.
● BOSS® 353 Acrylic Gap
High-quality acrylic sealant for interior and exterior use. Used for sealing joints, filling cracks in concrete walls, door frames, cement, gypsum, plaster, furniture, and cleanroom applications. DUCT Sealant offers 5-10% flexibility.
